ICCM-2024 is one of the satellite conferences of JUICe-2024. The aim of the conference is to provide an open forum for national and international researchers to disseminate their research findings, share ideas and experiences in the realm of business and management. The organizing committee is pleased to invite researchers from all around the globe to submit their research findings to be presented at the conference.

Authors Guidelines

1. Submission

2. Formatting

The full paper may not exceed fifteen (15) pages in length (inclusive of all figures, tables, technical appendices, etc.). Author(s) may use additional pages to list the references.

Papers should be

  • Single-spaced throughout
  • Times New Roman (English) / Arial Unicode MS (Tamil) 12-point font
  • A4 size page formatting
  • 2.5cm margins on all sides

3. Content order for paper

  • Title (please ensure that the title is short and conveys the scholarly focus of the paper). Limit of 20words.
  • Abstract (summarise paper including purpose, results and originality of the research, limit 150 words)
  • Body of the paper (include background, review of literature and knowledge gaps, methods, results and discussions, theoretical and practical implications, and conclusion)
  • Appendices – If required
  • References

4. Headings and Sub-headings

Major headings should be centred and in bold type. The first letter of each major word should be capitalised. Minor words, such as definite or indefinite articles or conjunctions should not be capitalised. A major heading should be preceded by two (2) single space lines and followed by one single space line. Sub-headings should similarly be in bold type face, but left justified, with the initial letter of each key word capitalised. Sub-headings should be preceded and followed by single space line. Sub-sub-headings should begin with a single space line and end with none. Capitalise just the first letter of the sub-sub-heading.

5. Tables and Figures

Table/Figure should be integrated within the text. Headings of tables and figures should be bold, with leading capitals for major words and be preceded and followed by one line. Tables and Figures should be numbered consecutively throughout the document using Arabic numerals preceded by the word ‘Table’ / ‘Figure’. The number and title of the table should be right aligned and written above the table. The number and the title of the figure should appear below the object. Any table/figure duplicated or borrowed from other publishers should be acknowledged in the bottom.

6. Referencing

Doctoral Colloquium

The Doctoral Colloquium at ICCM2024 provides a vital platform for emerging scholars especially those who are following higher degree by research including PhD and M.Phil programmes of any state and/or non-governmental universities (both local and foreign) to showcase their research endeavors and receive invaluable feedback from esteemed academics. This segment of the conference highlights the significance of nurturing future thought leaders and fostering interdisciplinary dialogue within the realm of contemporary management. By facilitating in-depth discussions and constructive critiques, the Doctoral Colloquium cultivates a supportive environment where doctoral candidates can refine their methodologies, strengthen their theoretical frameworks, and enhance the rigor of their research.

The Doctoral Colloquium offers the students a forum to showcase papers derived from their current doctoral research. The types of papers that they can submit are:

  • Papers with the pilot study or preliminary study data.
  • Conceptual papers and Literature review papers.
  • Empirical papers (if they are in the data analysis stage)
